Recruitment 2024 will be September 21st - September 24th!
Recruitment 2024 will consist of four days of in-person events with the chance to speak with all five of Western’s chapters:
Alpha Gamma Delta, Alpha Omicron Pi, Alpha Phi, Kappa Alpha Theta, and Pi Beta Phi.

Information NightThursday, September 12th
Time: 5:30 Location: UC Hill Day OneSaturday, September 21st
8:30am - 4:30pm Day One will give PNMs their first glimpse into each chapter. On this day, PNMs will visit all five chapters at their chapter facilities. After this round, girls will select their top four chapter choices they wish to talk to again the next day. Day Three/Preference NightMonday, September 23rd
6pm - 9pm Preference Night focuses on the deepest aspects of sorority life: sisterhood and ritual; it is a more intimate setting where girls can speak to the chapters they felt the greatest connection with. Each chapter will have their own way of sharing this special moment with PNMs. Preference rounds are the longest rounds of recruitment, and PNMs should gain a wholehearted understanding of their final two chapters before they make their decision. After a girl’s last preference round, she will rank the two chapters, the number one choice being the chapter she would like to receive a bid to. |
Meet Your Recruitment Counselor NightThursday, September 19th
Time: TBD Location: TBD Day TwoSunday, September 22nd
8:30am - 4:30pm Through a process of mutual selection, PNMs will have up to four chapters to visit during Day Two. PNMs will have conversations with chapter members where they learn what it means to be part of this chapter’s sisterhood. During this round, PNMs may want to ask chapter members about their sorority's finances. After this round is completed, girls will select their top two chapter choices in preparation for Preference Night. Bid DayTuesday, September 24th
Time: 4pm Location: UC Hill Bid Day will take place for PNMs to receive their bids and for chapters to welcome their new members! |
