The time of year has come where we must say goodbye to our very special graduating seniors. These influential women have all made their mark on the Greek community and their individual Chapters in their own unique ways. Taking on a leadership position can be a fulfilling part of your Greek life adventure and these past Presidents have a few words of wisdom for Potential New Members!

I am incredibly proud of my time at Western, a time of my life that I would never trade for anything. Both as a student and as an elected student leader, and I would not be who I am today without the risk that Western and I took on each other.”
Anne-Sophie Bolduc
Alpha Gamma Delta President 16-17

Q: What are your top favourite moments at Western?
A: “When I was asked about my best memory at Western I was torn between getting in to the program of my dream, Business Management, and becoming the elected President of my sorority. Growing up, I was never in the top of my class or the model student - but in my heart, I knew that I could succeed in one field, leadership.
Getting in to this elite program and getting elected by my peers proved to me that what I knew about myself was true.

Sabrina Stajer
Alpha Phi President 16-17

Q: What are your top favourite moments at Western?
A: “It’s hard to narrow down a few favourite moments when I’ve had the best four years of my life but I have to say that my favourite moments all fell into place as soon as I joined Alpha Phi. I had more and more fun at every formal event I attended, I had countless opportunities to get involved in volunteer work in the London Community. And I also made lifelong friends in and out of Greek life!”

Q: What advice do you have for PNM’s?

A: “The idea of going through recruitment can be intimidating. The best advice I can give to any potential new members would be to not hold yourself back whatsoever during the process

Ask all the questions you want to ask, talk to the active members you want to talk to, and always keep in mind that there is a ‘home’ in Greek life for everyone!  I am so excited for every PNM as you all start your journeys!”

Q: What advice do you have for PNM’s?
A: “Come to Western with an open mind and be welcoming to all opportunities. Whether that means going into recruitment with an open mind or pursuing a role on a leadership team or starting a new project, Western is the place to explore all possibilities!”
Jennifer Ball
Pi Beta Phi President 16-17

Q: What are your top favourite moments at Western?
A: “One of my favourite moments at Western would be seeing the efforts of planning Pi Phi’s first “Pie A Pi Phi” event come to fruition. It has been great to see the support from the Western and Greek community as our philanthropy has grown over the past few years! As well, some of my favourite moments at Western occurred not at Western, but because of the plethora of opportunities. This includes studying in England for a semester, climbing Mount Kilimanjaro, and travelling to Chicago, St. Louis and Dallas for international Pi Phi conferences.
